Information clause
Pursuant to Article 13 and of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the European Union 119 of 4/05/2016) we wish to inform you that:
1. The administrator of your personal data is the State University of Applied Sciences in Krosno with its registered office based at: Rynek 1, 38-400 Krosno, phone: +48134375500.
2. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Inspector, whom you can contact using the following e-mail address: ochrona.danych@pans.krosno.pl ,
3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the recruitment procedure and admission to studies.
4. Your personal data will be processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, i.e. conducting the recruitment procedure based on the provisions of the Act of July 20, 2018. Law on higher education and science (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 742, as amended), and Article 6(1)(e) GDPR - processing is necessary to perform a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority entrusted to the administrator.
5. Other personal data that are not required for the purpose specified in section 4, which were provided by you in the registration form, are processed on the basis of consent (Article par. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
6. The administrator will transfer your personal data only to entities operating on the basis of legal provisions.
7. The administrator will not transfer your data to a third country.
8. Your personal data will be stored by the Administrator for the period necessary to perform the tasks related to the recruitment procedure, i.e. no longer than 6 months from the date of completion of the recruitment. In the case of admission to studies, the scope and period of storage of personal data are specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of September 27, 2018 on studies (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1861, as amended).
9. You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data.
10. You have the right to rectify your personal data.
11. You have the right to request the Administrator to delete or limit the processing of your personal data.
12. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
13. You have the right to transfer your personal data and to request the deletion of data processed on the basis of consent.
14. Submitting the request referred to in section 11-13 may result in the inability to perform the task specified in section 3. Data that the administrator is obliged to process as a public university shall not be deleted.
15. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, based at: Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
16. Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to achieve the purposes set out in point. 3. Refusal to provide your personal data will result in not being allowed to participate in the recruitment procedure for studies.
17. The Administrator does not conduct automated decision-making in connection with the processing of personal data.
